Naish Court

Islington, London, 2006-2009

Based on an original design, Naish Court was developed for City and London Developments. Architeknic altered the design to a terra cotta tile appearance on the outside render. The rear of the building has a living wall where plants grow upside the building.

The £18 million building composes of a mixture of rented accommodation (organised by Guinness Trust) and flats for sell.
