Originally designed in 1928 as a nursing home. Architeknic worked as design build architects for Laing O’Rourke and converted Langton Close into student accommodation for University College London.
The job cost £4 million and was completed in only 8 months. 280 student rooms with ancillary facilities were created in the new accommodation.
