Hereford House

Mayfair, London, 1999-2000

Hereford House is a good example of conservation where we preserved the Art Deco Architecture, whilst converting it into modern high class apartments.

Originally designed by Edwin Lutyens circa 1932, he designed the external walls to slope inwards and made the windows narrower towards the top to give the illusion of greater height and grandeur. The construction was £12 million.
